REQUIREMENTS SECTOR HIGHER EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR QUALITY TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE LEARNING OUTCOMES MATHEMATICAL PHYSICS

Abstract
The new paradigm of higher education requires changes in the higher physical education, which should provide quality training teachers of physics, studying the specialty «Physics» and educational levels bachelor, specialist and master on the basis stupnevosti higher education. This article analyzes the existing requirements of industry standards for quality higher education professional training of teachers and determine priority areas for its improvement. The use of competency as the primary structural element of the construction of new industry standards for higher education is a new approach in higher education in Ukraine, which requires a comprehensive study in terms of objectives and learning outcomes. The article raised the question of finding the universal mechanisms of formation and development of the mathematical competence in physics in university teaching both at the objective level of teaching physics of other disciplines cycle of training future teachers of physics.
