Research and Technology in Educating for Fundamental Changes

Abstract
A society survives when it can transmit its system of beliefs, values, behaviors and skills to the next generation. Educational system is one of the mechanisms through which this transmission can occur. It is the agent of individual and social development which can stimulate sustainable growth. To this aim, the educational system is required to develop short- and long-term goals which consider universal and global socio-cultural and political condition. Thanks to the position and the role of educational office in promoting and developing society and also due to the problems of current education system, we are responsible to change the present educational system. First, educational system, therefore, is required to reinforce the realization of students’ potentials. To this aim, the education should deal with research and investigation. Second, recent years have witnessed the presence of technology in everyday lives of individuals whose impacts have contributed to the complexity and intricacy of our lives. This complexity is so much that we can’t imagine our lives without technology. Educational system should, therefore, keep pace with these changes and developments.
