Abstract
In the article the existing methodological approaches to the assessment of the competitiveness of enterprises and analyzed to determine their possible use to improve competitiveness in the market. After all, in a market economy is actively fighting for each customer by maximizing customer satisfaction in a variety of products and services, and that it demonstrates the need for a marketing orientation.
