Research On Mobbing to Women By Women In Business Life

Abstract

The mobbing which is faced frequently and concerns everyone in working life, influences employees in a lot of workplaces negatively. Mobbing is defined as psychological abuse through communication way hostilely or unethically towards one or more people in working life regularly, it’s reasons were ordered so as to cover a number of factors (Leyman, 1990: 119) It was purposed to determine reasons and results of mobbing by women to women in working, it was discussed influence of mobbing between women. Because of this it was chosen webpages located on the internet under the name of dictionary where users can comment freely about all kinds of issues and concepts as research area. According to content analysis which is located on this page and comments situated under these headings were analysed, findings were digitised due to frequency distribution. The causes of mobbing among women " jealousy, physical appearance/beauty " while ; mobbing results are " intolerance , psychological disorders, abandonment of work " has emerged in this study.
