Research on Network Protection Strategy Under Mixed Attack

Abstract
In view of the fact that the destructiveness of hybrid attack strategy of the complex network was significantly greater than the traditional point or edge attack strategies, two kinds of network protection strategies based on different types of edge were proposed to improve the robustness of the network. Four different types of simulation network and empirical network were researched. The results show that compared with hybrid random attacks, several types of networks have lower edge connectivity and poor robustness under hybrid intentional attacks. The proposed two protection strategies both can improve the robustness of the network under hybrid intentional attacks, and the redundancy edge protection strategy can increase the robustness of the network by about 1. 5 times.
