Research organization within scientific unit for research commercialization purposes

Abstract
The research commercialization played important role in industry. Technology transfer as an important element of commercialization, is the tool used by research units to gain additional revenues from sale of intellectual property.The problem is in creating proper organizational, formal and market conditions necessary for commercialization. In this article there are pointed out the effective barriers of commercialization and initiatives/programs for financial/ advisory support for that purpose.
