RESTRICTION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD PARTY ACTIVITIES (ST. 618 OF THE CC OF UKRAINE) FROM OTHER RELATED RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to questions of the ratio of responsibility for actions of third persons (Article 618 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) from other related legal constructions, namely the design that underlies the obligation to indemnify others the liability of the principal for the actions of his attorney, as well as the relations arising from the contracts of civil liability insurance. According to the results of the analysis of each type of legal relationship, it is concluded that within the limits of comparable legal relations about third parties as independent subjects of civil law relations there is no mention, and, therefore, there are no grounds for a positive conclusion that within the limits of comparable legal relations one can speak of responsibility for actions of third persons.
