IMPROVEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL FORMS AND METHODS OF EXCLUSION OF AUTHORITIES BETWEEN BODIES OF EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANS

Abstract
The article summarizes and analyzes normative, legal, theoretical, methodological and analytical approaches to improving the administrative and legal forms and methods of delineation of powers between executive authorities and local selfovernment bodies. As a result, the prerequisites of low effectiveness of the forms and methods of delineation of powers between executive bodies and local self-government bodies have been identified, and ways of their improvement have been proposed.
