RESTRUCTURING OF ENTERPRISE AS BASIC INSTRUMENT OF HIS REFORMATION

Abstract
The article deals with current issues related to the restructuring of enterprises, the essence and the place of enterprise restructuring in the system had been studied to ensure its competitive sustainability. The subject of research is the system of management of enterprise restructuring, aimed at improving of competitive sustainability of the enterprise. The purpose of the work was caused by the need of developing guidelines for improving the management restructuring along the process and on the basis of its competitive potential. To achieve the objectives general scientific and applied research methods were used namely theoretical generalization and systematization (the study of literature, conceptual apparatus, decomposition and composition (both organizational design techniques for building structural diagrams). Based on a comprehensive study the work were identified features of transformational change and adaptation issues of domestic enterprises to market conditions identified specific, features and characteristics of their activity during the restructuring process. The main results are: was refined and offered actual interpretation of the term "restructuring", was developed the scheme of process of restructuring of an enterprise according to its competitive potential diagnosis. Summary of theoretical approaches to the meaning of "enterprise restructuring" makes it possible to conclude that this vast and multidimensional concept includes organizational, economic, legal, technical measures aimed at changing organizational and functional structures of an enterprise.
