Restructuring of Ukrainian banking system as an objective precondition for its further growth and recovery

Abstract
Main features of ukrainian banking system at the current stage is largely depend of impact of several factors, which in complex carry out destructive influence and are prerequisites for application of restructuring measures aimed at stabilizing the financial situation and improve financial stability. Describe main directions and mechanisms for restructuring ukrainian banks and procedures for it effective implementation in order to eliminate or reduce impact of destabilizing factors of modern global financial crisis and also eliminate impact of destructive actions caused by the current instability in the country. Reviewed main approaches to ensure the financial stability of domestic banks, analysed internal and external banking methods of financial restructuring, used by banks in Ukraine in order to bring its own activities in line with the modern environment, specified and identified their strengths and weaknesses, analyzed the prerequisites and consequences conducting restructuring processes in commercial banks of Ukraine. Holding restructuring measures at this stage is an important tool that allows to confront the destabilizing factors with simultaneous providing incorporation prerequisites for further sustainable and profitable functioning for every single commercial bank and the ukranian banking system in general.
