РЕТРОГРАДНОЕ МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ АВАРИЙНЫХ И ДЕФОРМИРОВАННЫХ ОБЪЕКТОВ ГОРОДСКОЙ ЗАСТРОЙКИ

Abstract
In this article was analyzed and classified the factors that influence on the state of the building during its operation. You can see some recommendations about possible consideration of these factors in the calculation models. There is presented the method of calculating the used buildings for the design of their reconstruction. The proposed algorithm makes it possible to obtain a fairly accurate stress-strain state of building’s main structures elements, taking into account all the changes, as well as to predict its future behavior, making calculations for possible unfavorable scenarios of changing conditions during building’s operation.
