RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM OFFEDERAL POLICE STAFF OF GERMANY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the retrospective analysis of the formation and development of the professional training system of the staff of the Federal Police of Germany in the context of the formation of this agency and expansion of the sphere of its tasks and powers. The article has been written in the framework of comparative and pedagogical research of professional training of the staff of the Federal Police of Germany being conducted with the aim to study the feasibility and expediency for further implementation of the best ideas in the system of personnel training of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
