Review of scientific approaches of public influence in the banking system

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of banking system determination and the forms of its intervention, taking into account the financial aspects of interaction. The main task of state regulation of the banking system is combined deregulation and mechanisms of ensurance the effective financial institutions activity in order to overcome the systemic risks and stop factors of general market development.
