Review the requirements change in Governmental management from years 2005 to 2015

Abstract

The aim of this study is requirements changing of Public sector management issues fromyears 2005 to 2015. In the late of Decade 2005's and earlyof Decade 2015 have been Witness developments in advanced countries in part of governmental affairs. The transformation is not a simple revision with a little change in management style. Acceptance of modern governmental management, is means the emergence of a new scientific in field of governmental affairs. The important point here is the emergence a new paradigm that governs the public management and government services Strongly as possible of affairs, close up to management. It should be stressed that public and governmental services have a vital role to the success of economic and social solidarity. The Decade 1980 was Witness major changes in the management and size of the public sector. Now, instead of the disintegration the government, we are witnessing the emergence of new form of state and government. Research methodology of this research of type survey and its sampling procedures, simple randomanddata collection technique Hasbeen questionnaires. The statistical population of this research Chaharmahal Bakhtiari Governorship managers and employees and among them, using Cochran's formula, 100 person were selected through simple random sampling method. The data analysis was conducted in two descriptive and inferential level that in inferential level is used of Friedman's and Square, results of this research show that: A significant relationship there is between independent variable of globalization and dependent variable of changes in public sector management issues. significant relationship there is between criticize on public sector and changes in public sector management issues, also significant relationship there is viewpoints of economic with changes in public sector management issues.
