Reviewing of The impact of information and communication technology in the health field

Abstract
In recent years, Health Informatics has seen many changes. Storage, maintenance, usage and retrieval of collected information related to human health from before birth to after death is called health informatics. This study aimed to assess the impact of information technology and communication in the health field has performed in 2014. This study is a retrospective study. In this study, Literature review is done by Research on various databases, Review of Articles, Magazines, and Library Studies?by use of the keywords of information technology, Communications technology, Electronic health record, Health Information Management, Progress in the health field and between the main database and used Search engines, can be noted the following: PubMed, Embase, Science Direct, EBSCO, Scopus and Scirus. One of the most important fields of application of information technology is Healthcare field. Among The effects of information technology on health field Can be noted the following: Patient data storage systems, Drug information systems, Surgical and treatment systems, Follow-up treatment systems, Remote treatment systems, Nurse steering systems, surgeon Robot and Patient Admission System. Behind the scenes of design of all of these, there is common goal and that is facilitating treatment. Some functions of information technology in the field of health including: (CIS) (HIS/HER (TM) (EMS) (SC ( )DES) )EL( )DSS( )RIS/PACS ( )EPS) (LIS/PIS) (Registry). One of the major issues confronting the health system in the region, Poor planning of the development of human resources. A tool of information and communication technologies in the health field is one of the solutions to meet the challenges of the health sector. Staff training before undertaking the implementation of these systems is necessary.
