Режим морского порта: генезис международно-правового обеспечения

Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию исторического развития международно-правовых норм о режиме морских портов. Отмечается, что процесс создания всемирно согласованных правил о режиме морских портов не завершился принятием общепризнанного соглашения. Современная практика определения режима морских портов, в частности режима судов под иностранными флагами, характеризуется согласованием его правил между государствами на двусторонней основе. Также отмечается комплексность и многовекторность понятия «правовой режим порта».
