RIGHT TO LIFE AND CHALLENGES OF REVOLUTIONARY DEVELOPMENT IN BIOTECHNOLOGY

Abstract
The article analyzes the problematic issues that have emerged in the area of fundamental human rights, primarily the right to life, and that are stemming from modern biotechnology, as well as looks to solutions for them. It draws attention to necessity of the establishment of acceptable safe limits for the use of modern biotechnologies as to the one of the primary tasks facing humanity today. The article concludes about the need to regulate the social relations in the field of the applying of modern biotechnology according to the precautionary principle based on recognition of the value of human and his life and on the respect for human rights and dignity.
