RISK MANAGEMENT OF COMPLEX PROJECTS AEROSPACE INDUSTRY

Abstract
Proposed entropy approach to identifying risk situations in the planning stage or predict the complex scientific and technical projects, taking into account the probability of transition from one state of the project to the next. The method allows to efficiently manage financial resources to plan and secure temporary resources to solve complex problems, which are characterized by complex relationships and rarely can be described by one-way causal relationship. An example of a model project with the implementation of several schemes, which illustrates the application of the entropy approach, which allows to evaluate the choice of a path for the decision maker.
