Abstract
In the article, on the basis of analysis of scientific views of scientists and norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the role of disciplinary liability in labor law is determined. It is substantiated that in the system of national law and the labor industry, in particular, disciplinary responsibility is a separate legal institution. It is determined that the educational aspect of disciplinary responsibility manifests itself in the presence of various disciplinary charges that the head of an enterprise, institution, organization or body can apply.
