ROLE OF DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN SOLVING PROBLEMS OF STAFF TURNOVER AT ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF INCREASING INTERNATIONAL LABOR MIGRATION OF YOUTH

Abstract

In this article, authors investigated the peculiarities of the influence of department of personnel management at the enterprises on solving problems of personnel turnover that are caused by the growth of international labor migration. The authors also de-fined the peculiarities of impact of personnel turnover of youth workers because they represent a highest share in the structure of personnel turnover at national enterprises. The most common causes of staff turnover are found and the role of the personnel management department for their solving is determined. Beside this, the authors explored the staff turnover in the prism of the international labor migration of young people.
