ROLE OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS IN IMPROVEMENT OF STATE REGULATION IN ANTI RAIDING

Abstract
The paper considers effective solution to problems of public policy in combating raiding, the place and role of public policy in addressing raiding facilitating reform of raiding in the national economy required form of activity and form the basis for innovative economic development. Organizational and legal measures taken by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (UUIE) and direct enterprises to combat illegal takeovers and emphasized the need for a new, more flexible and timely in their daily activities of which should serve as that arising as the economic situation in Ukraine and international practice in the process of combining equity and economic partnerships. Studied the functions of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Prosecutor's Office and police to combat raiding and found that there is no coordination of their actions and interactions. It therefore stressed the importance of creating a permanent advisory body – the Interagency Commission on Combating illegal acquisition and takeovers that provides the necessary interaction of state power and administration in combating illegal acquisition and takeovers. Author determined to establish interaction with the public, including through regular information through the media and other forms of their activities, the measures are developed and implemented to combat crime, including the growing number of hostile takeover of enterprises, institutions and organizations of all ownership. A number of organizational measures to counter raiding, which in strict collaboration of public institutions will promote the fight against raiding in Ukraine.
