Role of pediatric pedagogical education in the development of creative potential of professional education bodies of leaders

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of development of creative potential of the heads of institutions of vocational education in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The content and structure of creative potential of the heads of institutions of vocational education, conditions for successful discovery of creative potential are explored. The role of postgraduate pedagogical education in modern conditions is substantiated. Particular attention in the modern system of professional development is given to the maximum satisfaction of vocational, individual, personal, socio-cultural inquiries of customers of educational services, which motivates continuous creative self-actualization in professional and personal dimensions through formal, informal and informal education, involves the introduction of multivariate educational and professional programs, models, forms of adult education, implementation of innovative methodological approaches, andragogical technologies, etc. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of development of creative potential of the heads of institutions of professional education in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are determined. Innovative approaches to the organization of educational process for the improvement of professional skills of leading educational workers are described. It is noted that the main in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is the training of such heads of institutions of professional education, who have creative, innovative thinking, proper motivation to self-improvement and self-education throughout life. The development of the creative potential of the heads of institutions of vocational education is considered as a complex process of search, development and use of innovations, aspiration of the leader for an active creative position in professional activity. It is revealed that the development of creative potential of managers should take place on the personal approach in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, provided that the corresponding educational environment is created, which includes project activity of managers, search for new original ways of solving actual problems, broadcasting of unique innovative management and pedagogical experience.
