ROLE OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE ENTERPRISE AS SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF YOUNG WORKERS

Abstract

The role of social services in the enterprise in the process of social and psychological adaptation of young workers. Defined social and psychological services as a specialized unit in the enterprise management system, ensuring its effectiveness, improving the management of social processes in labor collectives, development and production activity working conditions for personal development. Adapting the young worker is seen as a mechanism for flexible adjustment to life changing and active mastery of collective rules of professional communication, industrial knowledge, the traditions of the organization. It depends primarily on the degree of adaptation to the professional level and the socio-psychological atmosphere in the team. It was found that social control also plays a role in the adaptation of young workers in the enterprise. The necessary characteristics of social progress monitoring adaptation of young workers are flexibility and the ability to distinguish between different social deviation from social norms activity. Determined that the social worker is working every day to create favorable conditions for increasing the effectiveness of social media and involved in the work on the selection, placement and evaluation of future training and young workers; promotes the effective implementation of the functions of traditional services in the enterprise and directly performs its specific functions.
