РОЗВИТОК СИЛОВИХ ЗДІБНОСТЕЙ ЗАСОБАМИ КОМП’ЮТЕРНОГО КОНТРОЛЮ ТЕХНІКИ ВЕСЛУВАННЯ З ВИКОРИСТАННЯМ ТРЕНАЖЕРУ «СONCEPT-2»

Abstract

The analysis of scientific researches devoted to the methods of working on the trainer – «Concept 2», which is used for development of physical strength indexes and control techniques based on computer programs, has shown that the use of this equipment in training of rowing athletes occurs in sports practice, but the digital analysis of the results is not studied and represented enough in scientific reports. Using the programs «Virtual Dub», «Protractor 4» provides an opportunity to conduct rapid analysis of kinematic characteristics of work on a trainer. The methods of physical strength indexes’ enlargement, based on using this trainer, were developed in the process of experiment. It allows improving the training of rowing athletes in the annual cycle of training, and it was proved by received data of conducted research (experimental group). Working on a trainer – «Concept-2» with computer express-analysis makes to perform exercises, technically closed to natural conditions. The factor of improving the special training of rowing athletes is the development of strength manifestation of the necessary to restraint in overcoming the distance. The element of forming rowers’ physical strength indexes is effective transfer of motor activity using the special tools of PFD to special training in the boat. Using special gym equipments with their video analysis optimizes the development of physical strength abilities. In this case, the main point is the analysis of methods in using of specialized strength trainer «Dyno-Concept». The data of the experiment showed that using of trainer-simulator – «Concept-2» for the development of rowers’ physical strength indexes with the help of computer express analysis of kinematic characteristics provides a higher rate of increasing strength indicators. In the experimental group physical strength indexes began to increase: hand strength by 5%, limbs – 2.8%. Physical strength endurance has increased by 2.2%, in the control group, respectively: 1.1%, 1.2%, 1%.
