Рroblems of mechanisms of innovative development of public administration becoming in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the practical aspects of the innovative transformation of the public administration system in Ukraine, which are most relevant in the presence of the conceptual foundations of administrative reform. The substantiation of administrative reform as a system mechanism for the formation of an innovative model of public administration has been substantiated. The main problems of its innovation development are outlined in the context of the relationship with the social modernization of Ukrainian society.
