Samorządy wobec smart cities – wyzwania

Abstract
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prezentacja wyzwań stojących przed samorządami na drodze budowania inteligentnego miasta, a także przegląd dotychczasowych rozwiązań w administracji stanowiących często o jej innowacyjnym podejściu do komunikacji z mieszkańcami, takich jak: crowdsourcing oraz crowdsensing, finansowanie społecznościowe, big data, Internet rzeczy czy ekonomia dzielenia. W artykule przedstawiono problematykę współczesnych miast europejskich, politykę unijną wobec smart cities, możliwości finansowania inteligentnego miasta, a także poddano rozważaniom rolę samorządu w stosunku do smart cities oraz możliwości partycypacyjnego tworzenia inteligentnego miasta.
