SCALE EFFECT AND ARCHITECTONICS OF AGRARIAN SPHERE

Abstract
Theory and practice of improvements in agrarian sphere architectonics are investigated. Influence of organizational form of agrarian inions on achievement of the scale effect is established. A specific source of the scale effect in unions is found, which is the quality of the environment and the general architectonics of the agrarian sphere. Interaction between business entities within unities take place on the basis of exchange of goods not according to market, but coordinated according to the rules established by the owners of unions, – without the transfer of ownership rights. Due to this, the costs of such an exchange do not belong to the transaction, but are identified as interactive and are classified as transformational costs of production. That is why for agricultural unions quantitative scale effect is seen through the savings of transactional and reducing interactive costs.
