Abstract
The authors formulate a thesis stating that modificationof former innovations, which were supposedto improve the movement around urbanspace, nowadays often bring a disruption intocommunication. The emphasis that modern architectsput onto the artistic side of the projects,leads to modification of habits, and brings outnew behavioural standards, that are not alwaysagreeing with biological capabilities of the usersand do not always reside within their culture‑bounds(users vary in age and level of fitness).The example of such phenomenon can be illustratedby stairs, still present in modern urbanspace, yet often lacking the element of comfort,in favour of bringing out an attractive architectonicalform.<br/><br/>
