SECURITY FUNCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW: HISTORICAL AND LEGAL DIMENSION

Abstract
Modification of administrative law polistrukturnist the subject matter transfor- mation processes that affect the industry cardinal revision of the system, causing the feasibility study of the evolution of the protective function of administrative law, to identify the main stages of updating its social purpose, scientific rethinking its nature in accordance with the changing sectoral priorities. In the article the main stages of the historical development of the security features of administrative law, outlines trends in its modern transformation.
