Segmented Manufactured and Constructional Technology of Curved Single Steel Tower with Large Radian of Cable-stayed Bridge

Abstract

Taking the construction of single tower steel tower of Guohe No. 3 Bridge in Anhui Province as engineering background, the outer radius of the upper tower is 148. 75 m, the inner radius is 153. 25 m, and the radius of the tower axis is 151 m. The main technical measures, such as the manufacture of steel tower column with large arc curve section, the lifting technology of steel tower column, and the control connection of arc tangent alignment in construction were studied. In view of the difficult problem of manufacturing and assembling steel tower due to the complicated structure of steel tower, the construction technology of curve alignment assembly of steel tower column with large size was studied. Control of top elevation and planar positioning assembly of sections T2 and below, the accuracy deviation are all not more than ± 2 mm. The assembly accuracy of segments above T2 is reduced. The vertical decreasing ratio does not exceed 1∶ 4 000.
