SELF-DEFENSE OF THE RIGHTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION GRADUATES AS A BASIS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHT TO HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
In the study, we disclose the notion of self-defense of the right to higher education. In the process of our work, we find a number of existing violations in the implementation of the right to higher education in Ukraine. By exploring concrete ways of self-defense of the law, we find valid remedies for eliminating existing violations in universities.
