THE ROLE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE AND INTERNATIONAL NORMATIVE ACTS IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF INVOLVEMENT OF THE PUBLIC IN ANTI-CORRUPTION MEASURES

Abstract
In the article on the basis of analysis of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and certain international normative legal acts their role in the legal regulation of the involvement of the public in anti-corruption measures is determined. It is emphasized that international legal acts, which play an important role in the legal regulation of combating corruption in Ukraine, especially in the context of adaptation of domestic legislation to European standards.
