LEGAL JUSTIFICATION OF A CLAIM IN A CIVIL PROCEEDING

Abstract
In this article the author disclose the concept, meaning and form of legal justification, which can or should be provided by the participants in the case and their representatives. The conclusion of an expert in the field of law, which is provided in the civil process, is analyzed. The topic is revealed in the comparative legal aspect with the legal systems of European countries.
