THE ESSENCE OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE POPULATION AS A LEGAL CATEGORY IN THE MODERN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the category of social protection of the population as a legal category in modern administrative law, taking into account the tendencies of reforming the institute of administrative procedures in the state. The present state of scientific developments of the notion of social protection of the population is investigated and the author’s definition of this category is proposed.
