SENSE AND SIGNS OF EXPERIMENTAL POETRY: WAYS OF DECODING AND PLURALITY OF INTERPRETATION

Abstract

The article «Sense and signs of experimental poetry: ways of decoding and plurality of interpretation» deals with the main forms of experimental non-conventional poetry and examines the phenomenon of intellectual game in the poetry of experiment. The authors make an attempt to systematize the transformation of non-traditional poetry. Important was also to find out the concept of experi-mental poetry and to specify the main signs of this literary phenomenon. The main factor of developing the experimental poetry is the aspiration to something original and unique. In this case it is about modernists who expressed obvious opposition to traditional poet-ry. Therefore poetic experiment is carried out in the conditions of full freedom of interpretation. The article focuses on the beginning of experiments in poetry in two different cultural and historical dimensions and proceeds with studying its development up to nowadays. Big attention is paid to Gearman-speaking countries as to countries with more productive creative activity in Europe. The au-thors make an attempt of comparative analysis of non-traditional poetry of German and Ukrainian authors in order to define their peculiar features. Formal peculiarities are analyzed with reflection of social-cultural changes of the epoch. The situation of the de-velopment of concrete poetry as genre is represented. In article are also used two examples of experimental poetry.
