SEPARATE ASPECTS OF CRYPTO CURRENCY TURNOVER IN UKRAINE (CIVIL LEGAL ASPECTS)

Abstract
Some provisions of the draft laws of Ukraine No. 7183 “On the circulation of cryptocurrency in Ukraine” and No. 7183-1 “On stimulation of the market for cryptocurrency and their derivatives in Ukraine” are analyzed. An attempt was made to critically evaluate them in order to attract attention, first and foremost, to legal scholars to possible further scientific research in order to improve the legal mechanisms for regulating public relations of cryptocurrency in modern Ukrainian legislation.
