Separate issues of public administration bodies’ activity in the sphere of citizens' rights protection

Abstract
The article analyzes theoretical approaches to the definition of "public administration". Own view of the concept have been proposed, as well as public administration bodies in Ukraine identified. The procedure of rendering public services as a result of the public administration body’s activity has been described. Special attention has been paid to realization of citizens right to administrative review against decisions, actions of public administration bodies, proposals have been submitted with regard to improving legislation in this area.
