Short-term evaluation of coverage of multiple gingival recession with coronally advanced flap and autologous connective tissue grafts. Description of two clinical cases

Abstract
Gingival recession is common in everyday practice and may be an aesthetic problem, may cause dentin hypersensitivity, impair control of bacterial plaque and predispose to development of carious and non-carious defects. In case of patients with recession who are scheduled to have orthodontic treatment, a plan of periodontological treatment depends on planned orthodontic movements of teeth affected by recession. <b>Aim.</b> The aim of the paper was to present two cases of coverage of multiple gingival recession with coronally advanced flap and subepithelial connective tissue grafts in patients with scheduled orthodontic treatment. <b>Results.</b> In both cases short-term follow-up showed complete recession coverage combined with improvement of clinical parameters and results that were aesthetically satisfactory to patients. <b>(Górski B, Kaczyński t, Zaremba M.
