СІЛЬСЬКІ ДОМОГОСПОДАРСТВА ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ АРХІТЕКТОНІКИ АГРАРНОЇ СФЕРИ

Abstract
Korchynskyy I.O. Farming as a new element of socio-economic system in architectonics of agrarian sector. Distinctive features of transformational process in farming sector and their development as a segment of architectonics in agrarian sector by implanting of main fundamentals of their functioning under institutional small -sized, -scaled and low social influence of new architectonics of agrarian sector are analyzed. It was determined that the OSG development in the near future should not expect major changes, since according to the logic of the institutional process such changes should be preceded by changes in the institutional environment, forming new conditions and opportunities and additional incentives for more efficient management. Recently, no basic legislative and normative acts that would encourage the peasants to develop their own private farms at the state or regional level have not been adopted. Even changes in the local institutional environment due to the processes of decentralization and the development of self-government do not include the potential to give a boost and form new directions for the development of the OSG, which cancels their place and functions - economic, social - in the reproduction process and will not increase their role as an element of the general architectonics of the agrarian sphere. This will mean that the main problems of rural and rural development, and especially in the social sphere, will not be resolved. Key words: architectonics, agrarian sphere, farming, transformation.
