SIMULATING OF MOTION ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALITIES DURING AEROBICS CLASSES

Abstract
Actual question of college kids’ health improvement, making the level of their motion activity higher, definite observing of their showings is proved. The results of research up to the motion activity of students of pedagogical specialties, who attend aerobics classes, are applied. The quantitative showings of biodynamic and coordinative structure of the level of girls’ motion activity at aerobics classes are determined. On the basis of findings the biomechanical models of biodynamic and coordinative parameters of students’ motility are built.
