Simultaneous estimation of Diethylcarbamazine Citrate and Cetirizine Hydrochloride in formulation by RP-HPLC

Abstract
A simple reverse phase liquid chromatography method has been developed and validated for simultaneous determination of Diethylcarbamazine citrate and Cetirizine Hydrochloride is carried out by using a mobile phase consisting of 0.05 M Phosphate buffer and Acetonitirile (pH 3) in the ratio of 60: 40 v/v. The column used was C18 phenomenex luna (250 × 4.6, 5µm) with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and UV Detection was carried out.
