Система адміністрування митних платежів у контексті сучасних державних реформ в Україні на шляху до євроінтеграції

Abstract
Стаття присвячена розгляду системи адміністрування митних платежів, виявленню шляхів підвищення результативності адміністрування митних платежів у контексті сучасних державних реформ в Україні на шляху до євроінтеграції. У статті проведено аналіз наукових праць провідних вчених як з юридичних, так й з економічних наук щодо системи адміністрування митних платежів, розглядаються сучасні проблеми, що впливають на регулювання митних платежів в Україні, а також новітні зміни законодавства з питань державної митної справи, які відбулися протягом року. Зазначено, що відповідні нововведення ставлять перед фіскальними органами України ряд задач у системі адміністрування митних платежів та запропоновано певні шляхи їх вирішення.
