СИСТЕМА ВПРАВ І ЗАВДАНЬ ЯК КАТЕГОРІЯ МЕТОДИКИ НАВЧАННЯ ПЕРЕКЛАДУ

Abstract
Запропоновано підхід до розробки загальної моделі системи вправ і завдань для навчання перекладу, типологія яких ґрунтується на їх розмежуванні залежно від мети вправляння: оволодіння діями й операціями, що необхідні для здійснення перекладу, але не включають його; формування перекладацьких навичок та розвиток перекладацьких умінь. Відповідно пропонується розрізняти підготовчі вправи, а також вправи і завдання для формування перекладацьких навичок та умінь. Цей підхід проілюстровано на прикладах. Показано ієрархію понять «система», «підсистема», «група», «тип» і «вид» вправ та наведено приклади їх реалізації в системі. Сформульовано завдання, які необхідно розв’язати з метою розробки систем вправ і завдань для навчання деяких видів перекладу. Basing on the analysis of the notions of ‘category’, ‘system’, ‘translation’, ‘exercise’, ‘task’, ‘training’, ‘automatic operations’ and ‘skills’, the author offers an approach to the development of the general system of exercises in translator/interpreter training, based upon their discrimination depending on their aims, which fall into one of the following three categories. The first one is related to the acquisition of skills and operations, which are required for the translation/interpreting, process, but do not comprise translation/interpreting proper. The second category includes the translation/interpreting actions and operations that can be automatized, while the third one incorporates translation/interpreting skills, which are based on the actions and operations contained in the first two categories. Taking into account the said categories, the author suggests a system composed of three subsystems of exercises: (1) preparatory, (2) for the translation/interpreting automatic components formation, and (3) for the development of translation/interpreting skills. The said approach is illustrated by examples. The author shows the hierarchy of the notions of “system”, “subsystem”, “group”, “type” and “kind” of exercises and provides examples of their realization within the system. He also formulates the tasks to be solved to develop the system of exercises for training in specific kinds of translation/interpreting. The prospects of further research are outlined.
