СИСТЕМНО-СТРУКТУРНА ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНА МОДЕЛЬ ФОРМУВАННЯ КРОСКУЛЬТУРНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ ГАЛУЗІ ТУРИЗМУ

Abstract
In the article the author presents a system-structural functional model for the formation of cross-cultural competence of future specialists in the field of tourism. The system-structural functional model of formation of cross-cultural competence of future specialists in the field of tourism appears as a description and theoretical substantiation of structural and functional components of the process of formation of cross-cultural competence. The model consists of three blocks: conceptual-target, implementation and diagnostic-productive block. The purpose of the model is to introduce a system of cross-cultural training of future specialists in the field of tourism in the educational process of students of the specialty 242 "Tourism" and to achieve its effectiveness (raising the level of formation of cross-cultural competence of future specialists in the field of tourism). The effectiveness of the developed system-structural functional model for the formation of cross-cultural competence of future specialists in the field of tourism has been confirmed by computer modeling, expert evaluation. The probability of the results of the experimental work performed and the reliability of the experimental data are determined using a nonparametric Pearson criterion. The results of the forming stage of the experiment confirmed the legality and effectiveness of the developed model, and thus created a holistic system of cross-cultural training of future specialists in the field of tourism on the basis of the interaction of its subsystems («Resource-based learning», «Distance Education» and «Practical Training»), pedagogical conditions and scientific and methodological support.
