Situational leadership in the communal enterprise management

Abstract
Author explores the theory of situational leadership and reasonable ways of its application in the communal enterprise management. The concept of "situational leadership" is clarified and the best approach for combining different models of situational leadership in the communal enterprise management is singled out.
