Small enterprises functioning in agrarian sector of economy: Ukrainian reality and Japanese experience

Abstract
Small enterprises are the objective reality in each branch of economy including as well agrarian sphere, and the role of its in this economy functioning is objectively considerable. But sphere of small business in Ukraine is functioning under not so equal with the big business conditions – they have worse access to credit and other resources, they don’t have essential privileges in taxation etc. Especially brightly we can see it on the example of agrarian sphere of economy, where dualization phenomena sharpening can be observed. In this plane the experience of small enterprises functioning experience of Japan can be useful for us, because main part of enterprises of agrarian sector in this country is just small. In this article some results of state and advantages and disadvantages of small agrarian business in Ukraine and main specific features of small agrarian enterprises functioning experience in Japan as well as the possibilities of such experience implementation are presented.
