Abstract
Smart contract is a new phenomenon in law that raises many questions among law enforcement officers in connection with the emergence of new legal relations and is based on the use of blockchain technology. Blockchain technology of the decade, comparable to the emergence of the Internet in scale and consequences. The spread of blockchain technologies, financial technologies allows solving bureaucratic problems, changing the procedure of registration of property rights, voting, the work of the government. Libertarian philosophy was developed by expanding the scope of blockchain and other modern information technologies. Libertarianism's followers insist on decentralizing the governance systems of the state and society.
