SMART-ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЯКОСТІ ОСВІТИ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual issues of the transition from the traditional system of teaching and learning to Smart-education, considered as one of the fundamental components of Smart-society. The definition of SMART-education is analyzed and its conceptual basis is presented. The author notes that the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process, the creation and use of multimedia facilities passes into the virtual plane. The analysis of world trends in this area at the time and is necessary for further qualitative functioning of the education system in Ukraine. It is noted that the transition to Smart-technologies creates new requirements for scientific and pedagogical workers: teachers should not only be well-informed in their professional domain, but also have a wide worldview, perception of the world, be able to use different technologies for work with information resources, and with youth Smart approaches require not to provide ready-made knowledge, but to create conditions for the acquisition of young people's own experience and skills.
