SMART TRAINING AS A TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IN THE MASTERS’ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of «smart», the concept of start-up and smart education, its main elements, such as smart technology, smart learning, smart university, smart textbook. The principles of smart education are named. The usage of relevant information in the educational program for solving educational problems; organization of independent cognitive, research, project activity of students; realization of educational process in the distributed learning environment; interaction of students with a professional community; flexible educational trajectories, individualization of training; variety of educational activities are mentioned in the article. An analysis of the factors influencing the smart education concept formation and development is presented.
