SOCIAL AND INNOVATION POLICY IN UKRAINE: DNA, STRATEGIC AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SOCIALLY ORIENTED ECONOMY

Abstract
The theoretical and methodological principles of social policy and innovation policy in terms of creating a socially oriented economy are analysed, DNA and fundamental principles that should be placed at the core of exactly national model of the social state are studied. The necessity of the development of strategic and project management to ensure the effectiveness of functioning of the model in the face of growing competition is shown. Effective policy must become a strong foundation of innovation and social development of the country, for further integration into the world community, must become the basis for the development of welfare state in the face of global competition, capable of ensuring human development, good level and quality of life of citizens.
